Open someone else's calendar in outlook for mac

Go To the Calendar menu and choose Preferences.Click Find to find the account and OK to add the calendar.Click the Select User icon to the right of the User: field and type the name of the user who has shared their calendar with you. The window titled Open Other User's Folder will appear.Click OK to add their calendar to your Shared Calendars list.Click the Name button to search the WU directory for the name of the person who has shared their calendar with you.Choose Open Shared Calendar from the list.From the Calendar Home tab, click Open Calendar.Choose the correct person from the options and click Open. Some options will appear as you are typing. Type the name of the person who is sharing their calendar with you into the From Directory: field.From the Calendar, right-click on the Other Calendars heading in the left column.But if someone has chosen to share their calendar with you, you'll be able to look at the items in more detail.
